I re-watched this film on Sunday and no matter how many times I watch it I always end up dressing a bit like June Carter Cash for the week afterwards, Such a good adaptation of what is, for me, one of my favourite love stories. They had tough times but came together in the end and isn't that just what love is all about! xx
I am starting to realise that life isn't just about the things you fill it with. But that doesn't mean I don't still love these beautiful things. I protested against watching this film for years (I was totally convinced I haaated country music), eventually I weakened and watched it, and just fell in love with June and Johnny and their love story...I will confess to now owning a few Johnny cash records! :)
